Walk in there during my lunch break and was pleased with the fast and very good service. Very surprised that in this building that beautiful place is hiding. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Options are small but delicious ???? If you are by the Camden area you need to stop and check it out Vegetarian options: Lots of varieties to pick from. Kid-friendliness: Staff is friendly and they helped select my food since it was my first time here.

On Sunday, I attended the grand opening of HEAL Mpls and I couldn't be more excited to experience all of this #BlackJoy with some of my favorite peeps. #healmpls is a safe space to chill, eat, socialize and gather as a community. Located in North Minneapolis - serving affordable herbal medicine to support a holistic lifestyle as well as beautiful and nutritious plant based food curated for us, by us. The ambiance is gorgeous and I can not get enough of all of the live plants in the space. I'm definitely going to make HEAL Mpls my second home. I want nothing but superior success for this Black woman owned establishment and all of the partnering black owned businesses like Natural Me Apothecary and Alkaline Academy. Congratulations! OMG!! Best customer service ever. If you’re a matcha fan head over because they have the best matcha in town- no joke (might want to get two because they are so delicious). The Wakanda Juice, oh goodness, she’s stunning and so yummy!! Everything is plant based as well as being absolutely delicious. They sell all kinds of herbs and seamoss as well. So underrated 10/10 highly recommend, flying stars jaw dropping. Vegetarian options: Everything is plant based. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly 100%
