Good customer service and the usual good subs

Employees are very friendly and helpful. You can order food online and pick it up without waiting in line. Parking is a nightmare in that plaza.

Poor Customer Service. This is the 3rd time we order from the Subway app for Curbside pickup. The app specifies that when you arrive at the location to pick up the order to call. We have parked infront of the store the 3 times and called. The phones rings and rings and rings and no one picks up. Each time the store has had no customers, so its not that the employees could say they were busy. Yesturday we ordered. When we got there we parked infeont of the Subway and calles. We coups swe the employee sitting sipping on a drink and not answering the phone. We fi ally decoded tp het down. When we came in je said "ooh I jisy gpt hwre like 10 minutes ago and dint see ypu had ordered." We had to wait foe him to make our order.
