Subway

When I 1st walked in the staff was sitting there on their phones didn't have any of the lobby or line cleaned or stocked. Then they proceeded to have the new girl make my food but didn't help her at all while they were just sitting there watching her struggle as she was making my sandwich but she did forget half of the items and I had to repeat myself multiple times as well as directed her how to spread the guacamole all over my sandwich instead of having it in a scoop on the end of my sandwich then proceeded to give me all the bad vegetables instead of restocking the line with fresh vegetables And when she went to wrap my sandwich up she did not fold the sandwich in to were all the toppings fell off. I have never seen this amount of unprofessional workers

Everything was going great until the person making my sandwich stepped away and then 2 flies landed on the bread. We told him about it, he swated the flies away and continued to ask what we'd like on the sandwich. We asked him to please switch out the bread and he seemed to be irritated about that. Customer service here isn't the best. The lady checking us out assumed we had 2 footlong sandwiches instead of checking the bag. Luckily we caught the charge before we left the restaurant so she was able to fix that.

Worst meal I've had from anywhere in awhile. Don't know where to begin but we'll start with them forgetting a bag of chips for my pickup order. Next the real fun starts, requested pepperoni on the melt and was not there, and finally I had ordered a number 6 the boss, not only was the sandwich not toasted and stone cold there was lettuce mixed in with the marinara. Not enough that it looked like I intentionally picked lettuce on my meetball sandwich like an insane person, but enough to ruin the entire sandwich rendering it pretty much inedible for me, on top of being stone cold. I was essentially eating marinara salad which is gross. I will definitely be trying to contact subway corporate about this subway as everyone I know has issues with this one.
