Subway

To me, a 5 star credit goes to a shop mainly due to their staff's response. Both of them here were polite, patient enuf to hear out ur choices. Maintained the general cleanliness. Deserved. Spoiler - restrooms doesn't work here.

So I've come to this Subway many times before and I've never had any issues until today. I'm ordering my food and while I'm doing that I am engaged in the conversation via my phone which was no louder than the inside music that was already playing inside the establishment but for some reason and employee by the name of "Lupe" decided to tell me to turn my music down which one I was not listening to music I was engaged in the conversation second you ask people to do things if if there's a problem I can see if I was having an loud obnoxious conversation but I was notor maybe it was my African-American voice that was irritating her nonetheless once I ended my conversation and addressed her again on what it was that I thought she stated to me she repeated again I told you to turn the music down now I'm not sure what part of training that is but I've dealt with customers before and you've never addressed a customer that way unless they are causing a scene and in that case you call managemen
