Clean restaurant, friendly staff, delicious subs!!!
I had a coupon $12.99 for 1 foot long still the shop charged me $13.99 regular price which I saw when I came back. What do we call this type of behavior?
They charged me for my meal, and then told me that it didn't go through even though the card reader said transaction approved. I checked my banking app and showed them the charge went through. They would not acknowledge that I paid and wanted me to pay again. I left the food, and just got off of the phone with my bank who said the charge did go through, and now I am having to file a claim to get my money back. Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I wish I could give them negative stars.
