Subway

Super super unprofessional establishment. They do not follow cleaning standards at ALL. I've walked in and the manager was on her phone making ME wait till she was done before helping me. They also don't wear gloves while handling the bread. I am disgusted and surprised at the lack of care by the owners and management. Do not go to the Lakeway subway!!!! Be warned!

On a late Friday afternoon Me and my 2 girls decided to have subway so we went to the lakeway location by Heb . All the restaurant there wher full of people except subway and now I know why . Imagine three of us going in to buy 3 footlongs , chips and drinks and use one footlong coupon for 5.99$ And boom one of the employees or a manager I guess jumped from inside and said we don’t accept coupons with an unfriendly tone . With no more to add I know now why the store is always empty. And good luck

The customer service was horrible the moment I walked in the store. The girl made my sandwich and cut it horribly. Then she proceeded to take my money and throw my change at me. I ask for a refund because of all of this and she got upset and wasn’t at first going to give my change back and went on to try and serve the next customer but when he told her to finish with me she got upset and grab the phone and went to the back. Then came back and told the other customer he can go to another store and gave me my refund and went back to the back. Leaving the customer asking why he needed to go to another subway. Just horrible. I sent an email to headquarters and all I got was an email from the store saying sorry. Definitely the worst store I’ve ever been too!!
