We stopped in for lunch, two employees on duty and a couple of customers ahead of us. Service was fast and friendly, sandwiches were made exactly as ordered.
Don't bother. Came in for lunch and everyone hid in the back. Called out with no response, but could hear people talking in the back. The other two people in line and I eventually left after about 10 minutes
This might be the worst subway I’ve been to in Houston. Horrible customer service. Messed up order. Missing and incorrect items for online orders. Slow as hell to work. Whoever the franchisee is really needs to get it together or just abandon the store. Seems they don’t really care anyway. What a shame as the location is prime in between lots of great neighborhoods. Corporate, if you’re reading this, I know a franchisee of yours who has multiple other locations who’d do right by this one too.
