Domino's Pizza

This is hands down the worst pizza place I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple times ordering from them with 2 hour waits. Even offered to go pick up a fresh order but get “we’re backed up an hour in the kitchen too” after trying to call for 20 minutes with no answer. The app is no help either because eventually it just says “pizza delivered” when it hasn’t. 2 hour wait for food for it to finally show up cold. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Do better Dominos.

I don't know what happened with this location, but the last few times have been terrible. One order, they completely mess up the pizzas and I have to go back to get it fixed, and wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the correction. Then next time, they completely forgot a pizza and I had to wait for them to come back and deliver it. This last time was the worst. Had my daughter's birthday party, I planned ahead and put in an order at 5:40pm, expecting worst case it gets delivered about 6:40. Well, 6:30 comes along and it's still in prep stage. I call, and they give me a spiel about being short staffed but it should be delivered by 7pm. I call back at about 6:50 when it still hasn't moved, and they stated it was just put in the oven, so I asked how long. They stated an additional hour. I cancelled my order, went to Marco's and they had my order ready in 20 minutes.

Ordered 2- 2 Toppings Pizzas. Pizza 1- Pepperoni and half Bacon. Bacon was burnt and they skimped on the bacon. Pizza 2- Half Extra cheese and half Chicken. (Sorry about the blurry pic). They really skimped on the chicken. Barely any topping. When I arrived, my order was ready. I was handed my pizzas however I happened to check them before leaving and they were both just cheese pizzas. My order was wrong. No biggie at this point but they didn't seem all too busy for a basic mix up. They then gave me the correct order and I checked them as well. Opened them up and noticed the discrepancy. I wasn't really satisfied but don't want them to do the order all over again. So I politely asked for a very small portion of chicken and bacon on the side. Just enough to so that at least there's at least a couple of pieces on the half that's supposed to have some. I was willing to pay extra if they had offered it as a solution even though we technically had already paid for the toppings. The girl at
