Subway

I attempted to order 5 sandwiches on Wednesday, Nov 27th. I was in the middle of cooking for Thanksgiving and didn't have time to make dinner. I figured I'd order sandwiches for the 2 adults and 4 children in our house who needed dinner. I used the app, placed the order, and got a phone call from the store within 5 min. I was informed that they would be canceling my order because "orders of 5 or more sandwiches require a 24 hour notice." I was stunned and asked why. "5 sandwiches is a catering order," was the reply. Imagine being so inept that making 5 sandwiches is beyond your capabilites. Imagine demanding $15/hour despite the fact that you are not able to handle making 5 sandwiches. As for a 24 hour notice, if I could think ahead 24 hours in advance and plan out what my family was going to eat, it isn't going to be Subway. Subway is what you pick when your baby has been crying all day and you haven't had time to take a shower and your family needs to eat. It isn't what you long for

Service I’ve had has been ok, but apparently they close at 8:30 pm, not 9 pm. I was just turned down service when I showed up at 8:47 pm. Last week I showed up, also on a Wednesday, at 8:23 and the employee made some comments about showing up last minute... but Subway website and google both match with a 9pm closing time. So either the listing is wrong , management needs to take a closer look at their employees, or someone else needs to go into management and get proper customer service. I seem to not be alone with having issues with their hours of operation.

My husband drove to 3 different subways this morning because it says your locations are open on Google. Well that is not correct. Please post your correct hours on your doors!
