Chili's Grill & Bar

My wife and I had lunch; the outside of the restaurant the parking lot was very clean. When we entered the restaurant the hostess was very nice and very clean and accommodating, when she sees it as how waitress arrived immediately. Our waitress was very pleasant to us. Our order came out exactly the way we gave it to her. The food was fresh and cooked the way we liked it. Over all; we had very good dining experience. Hat's off to the management and staff. We will return.

Went there and decided to sit at a table in the bar area, the waitress, Holly, came over and we had to repeat our drink order twice, not a big deal, was a little loud. However she brought our drinks back, 2 sodas, she sat them on the table never said a word and walked off. We sat there for another 10 minutes and requested we be moved to a table. When asked why, we told the girl why and our waiter, Chase, who I might add was outstanding!!! However when they spoke to Holly about the situation, you could hear her raising her voice and saying that isn't what happened and she went on and on, clearly within ear shot of us. We even heard people telling her to stop but she refused, going on and on about what she did and did not do and she was being very loud and argumentative. I will not ever sit in the bar area if Holly is there. The only saving grace was how wonderful Chase was.

Chili's in Oakleaf was clean and well organized. It was mothers Day on our visit, and the restaurant was busy. We placed our order with a super sweet server. About twenty minutes after we ordered, the manager came up to our table to inform us that there were no ribs left. She offered us anything else on the menu. Thankfully, I ordered the fajitas, and we decided to just share those. We were both kinda full after eating the yummy southeastern egg rolls. Everything turned out perfectly!
