Inconsistent hours. Seems to close early half the time. When I do go here and there a Actually open it is clean and staff is nice and polite.

had no issues with my specific requested sandwich, bread was fresh. Joshua was the person who made my sandwich and made sure i got what i asked for. i speculated how he treated the customer in front of me and it was with as much respect as i would my own mother. On top of the good attitude, he was working alone that day as well, which we all know how frustrating that can be.

3-orders, 3-sick people, was there for over 40 minutes just trying to FORCE them to give me the items on my sandwiches, in the amounts I wanted. They argued with me that the amounts of items I wanted on my sandwiches would cost me more. When I said "I don't care just make it the way I want it and charge me more," they still wanted to give me attitude about it. After going through 2 sandwich builders, I finally got the sandwiches I wanted. The ONLY plus was that the extra veggies I wanted didn't cost me extra in the end. I still feel like DEBBIE should be represented ot terminated for the attitude she displayed. Tou don't argue with a customer. You simple give them what they want in the amounts they want, charge them accordingly an do so with a smile and keep your comments to yourself. Do all this with a smile and avoid any confrontation. You are servicing me. Not vice-versa. Simply do your job with a pleasant face or maybe even with a smile. It's not that hard.
