I have placed several orders online, each time I have arrived, after my order said finished, only to have to sit here and wait for them to start making the order. I would understand if the restaurant was busy and they were waiting on actual customers inside of store but this is never the case. When I arrived today there was only one customer inside of the store and he was already about finished eating. There was no customers in line when I arrived and the employee had not even started on my order and the manager walked out of the store, sat down on the ground in front of the store just to talk on her phone! I now understand why this Subway doesn't get the business that it should. The manager is very unprofessional! I will be contacting the corporate office...
