Prima's Pasta and Pizza

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review sooner. We have been frequenting Prima Pasta for many years and I have a lot to share about this wonderful gem of a restaurant. First, I will speak of the service: We have always been warmly welcomed, made to feel more like extended family than patrons. On occasion, Peter, the senior owner, is present and when he is, he always spends a significant amount of time visiting with us, joking with our daughters, and sharing his life’s wisdom with us. He also started a trend of giving our girls some fresh dough to play with and create things with while they wait for their food, which they love! He’s a true joy to know. Over the years we have also met Peter’s wife, son Beck, and grandson. This is truly an authentic family owned business. In addition to the wonderful family, we have noticed that Prima Pasta, retains its staff of servers which we value very much. Nice Italian restaurant, wish they were in Dallas. But definitely worth the hour drive back for lunch or dinner!!

Hands-down the best value Italian restaurant in Fort Worth. BYOB, but I don’t mind! I’ve been here a dozen times with my parents and we’ve always had a great experience.
