Subway

I have ordered sandwiches and drinks 3 times from the app and 3 time we have not received the drinks. Today I was told it was the delivery companies fault that they are not grabbing the drinks. But no where in the app does it say who they use for delivery, the store associate said it could be any of them! REALLY! So there is no one to contact about this delivery and be reimbursed for the missing drink!?

Worst Subway in the area. Every time we go to this location we get terrible customer service. Today we were told we could only have plain bread for our kids sandwiches even though we’ve always ordered Italian Herbs & Cheese. There’s another Subway a mile up the road with much better customer service. Kirahi provided horrible customer service.

The district manager said he was trying to improve this location last time I was there. Went in tonight and asked if they were closed. He said they were still open and to come in. The employee behind the counter stared at me open-mouthed like she had no idea what I was doing. I offered to leave and she just kept staring and said she didn't know if he was wanting her to make the sandwich. He'd said I didn't need to leave but I have horrible anxiety and was so uncomfortable I left. I'd come from a long day of taking care of my 92 year-old grandmother in the hospital and that was the last thing I needed.
