Chipotle Mexican Grill

Been to this location multiple times including tonight and they are always out of or waiting for some thing. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday evening or a Thursday at lunch they will be out of multiple ingredients. For a company that sells a product with 12ish ingredients served three different ways you would think they could stay on top of it. Been to chipotle all over the country and this is the poorest organized and ran location.

Second time here and I ordered the f*****g steak lol instead or chicken ???? I actually enjoyed it The cashier made my night lol matched My energy good customer service the rice can be a Little better and ingredients can be available but very good service!

Ordered queso, noticed it wasn’t in bag…cashier said she didn’t charge me for it, so she rang it up separately…got home and found both receipts in bottom of bag…turns out she’d charged me the first time. I trusted she’d have recalled- it was only 1min between transactions literally. So I got to pay extra, as if Chipotle isn’t ridiculously expensive enough.
