Subway

Horrible service. I went here to get some subs for my family and they asked how many I wanted and I said 4. They asked if it would possible to come inside and I said, not really but I will. I was with my kids and had I wanted to come inside, I would have come inside and not through the drive-thru so I left the restaurant and then called them up and said they lost a customer and 4 sandwiches because I didn't want to come into the restaurant which is why I went to the Drive thru She said that if there were more then 4 sandwiches they had to make them inside. I told I ordered just 4 and said she should tell her manager that they lost a customer that night. She didn't seem too disappointed at that comment. I said I would choose another subway the next time and hung up. Just thought you would like to know.

Super busy when I went, but service was really fast for a subway. Very clean, staff was nice.

Ordered a 6" turkey sub with an ice water at the drive through. I was asked if I wanted to leave a 15% tip and was charged fountain drink price for the water. When asked, the girl said she didn't hit the discount code and offered no remedy. Won't be back.
