Arby's

Excellent service, they were clearly under staffed but the food was made in a timely manner, and made well. My order which was large, was 100% accurate. Very polite service. It was. Very pleasant stop after fighting traffic up I-15.

Was looking for a quick snack and stopped to get a beef and cheddar. Just the one sandwich. There was no one in line inside or outside. It still took over 15 min to get my food. For the first 5 min not another car came in. By the time I left there were 5. The one behind me left before they got their order. The staff seemed not to care. The guy at the window stood there the whole time and saw another inside just leaning on the counter. I've been to other places with just 2 people handle more customers quicker. I get taking time but 5 minutes I was the only one for 1 signature sandwich. The worst part was my sandwich was nasty! The meat was old and crunchy. A small dab of Arby's sauce and a even less cheddar. I took one bite and threw it away. Makes me wonder what they're doing in there. Obviously not making anything fresh. From reading the other comments sounds like management needs to figure it out or hang it up.

We made a stop here for lunch. Food was excellent and service was great. Dining area was very clean. I had the Greek Gyro with roast beef--delicious and huge. My husband had the classic roast beef with crinkle cut fries (I believe it was the #2) and he did it was great. We will add this on our trips to Utah.
