DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They’ve messed up multiple orders that I have placed through the app and put my health at risk by including ingredients that I am ALLERGIC to, despite the fact that my orders have never included this ingredient. My order was also supposed to include double meat (which I paid for) and there was half of what I get when I don’t order double. When I called the day after my incorrect order was placed and picked up, I was told that I was not going to get a refund. The woman that spoke to me on the phone was incredibly rude and insistent that her employees had not made a mistake because the ingredient I had not wanted was not listed as removed on my order so that’s why they included it. It wasn’t listed because I had REMOVED it on the app. This woman kept insisting that I was incorrect and that I needed to put it in the special instructions if I wanted it removed from the sandwich because the sandwich automatically comes with i

Was eating lunch this afternoon when a crowd of about 7 people walked in. Three of them went straight behind the counter. They grabbed cookies, sandwiches, drinks, and chips and started eating. They are NOT employees. However, one of the boys mom is and was working. They were eating behind the counter. No one washed their hands. They didn’t pay for anything. This was hands down the most disgusting thing I have experienced at a restaurant. Do not visit this place. This has obviously been an issue for awhile. The level of comfort with these adults at this place was unlike anything I’ve seen. So comfortable stealing and shoving their face with food without washing their hands. I have a short video I plan to send to headquarters that shows a portion of the incident.
