Considering we're in the north and this is a franchise, it's really tasty barbecue. They have some of the best chicken around, so moist, and the brisket and sausage are great too. This is one of the only places that I actually enjoy the baked beans (with brisket!) and potato salad. And the corn pudding is fantastic. Vegetarian options: LMAO! It's a barbecue place... go somewhere else!
We had them caterer our daughters wedding Nov.5th. I can't rave enough about Abby and her team. They were extremely helpful and professional. The staff we had during the reception was amazing and many guest thought the same. The food....AMAZING!! The presentation..AMAZING! I can not recommend them enough! Everyone enjoyed all their hard work and effort!
If everything my wife and ordered was hot, I'd give this place 5 stars. The brisket was good but cold. The pulled pork was warm. The greens beans and mac and cheese were hot. The cornbread was the bomb! Made a half n half of lemonade and sweet tea. Excellent! This place loves to help young people achieve their goals of going to college by giving away thousands of dollars in scholarships. Most of the staff are teens. As with a lot of places these days, they were understaffed which would account for the food not being hot when brought out. Won't hold that against them. Will definitely be back again.
