Subway

This is the best Subway for online ordering in the area in my humble opinion. You get what you order. If you ask for extra jalapeños or whatever, you get it. Unlike some others where if you're not there watching the sandwich be built they skimp on things. A perfect example is the Subway on Main Street in downtown Anoka. Several times I have ordered online and asked for extra of certain items only to receive some skinny, skimpy sandwich. Totally unsat! But not with this Subway. I jump in my car and drive a couple miles from my office to payronize this location rather than walking one block to the downtown Anoka Subway. Its well worth it.

This is my first visit to this store, it was not crowded, appropriately staffed, and the gentleman who came from the back to take my order was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping customers. I didn't order online, because I wanted to check out the cleanliness first. It seemed pretty clean and the employee who made my sandwich was sure to not touch food and the register with the same gloves. I was out of there fairly quickly, came home, and tried my sandwich which tasted as good as I remembered.

Went into subway expecting normal fast and friendly service. Unfortunately they refused to serve me. I have a very real and serious medical condition, it’s actually unsafe for me to wear a mask. I politely told the worker such and he absolutely would not serve me. The other parties with me did have masks as they should but again I can’t wear a mask and he wouldn't serve me. Lets start with the fact that I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION he had no right not to serve me without a mask not only that but even asking what my condition is let alone not serving me over my condition is ILLEGAL and i could actually sue. Not worth a fight i refused to even raise my voice. Needless to say none of got food nor will we be returning. Awful service. Rude inconsiderate worker.
