Subway

I ordered 2 footling subs from here and ate one of my subs inside. When I was done I remembered it was buy 2 get 1 free. I asked if I could get my free sub and the lady got an attitude and refused and said she wouldn’t do it because I already paid. But that’s the whole point it free! I also left them a few dollars in there tip jar when I was paying for my order before I ate. I couldn’t believe they would actually do something like this. Just lazy or just not a good person.

Very fast & courteous. Not something you see from other inner city establishments.

I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support hi
