Subway

I would give a higher rating but it's simply not allowed, there's these two ladies that work here I didn't get the pleasure of catching their names to recognize the amazing customer service they always give me and my family when they work but I know every time I walk in that I'm gonna get some of the best customer service in any subway I've ever walked into, after long shifts they always make my mood better every time I walk in there, I know the one lovely sort of older lady has been there forever the one with the blonde hair, and the other lady gives off mom vibes I love their energy, but they both know how to make the best subs I swear, I don't know if y'all will see this review but I hope you guys keep it up because in food service we need more people like you guys. You're definitely some of the good ones and I wanna say again I greatly appreciate y'all

I ordered 2 footlong subs chicken onion and steak and cheese. On mine I ordered and paid for pepperoni . Got home and no pepperoni or cheese. Also it was a mobile curbside order I checked in 5 min before and got a msg my order was ready and being brought out after 7 minutes I went in and was told they were supposed to deliver to a green car. Lady said Your car is grey not green ? Wrong !! My car is green title n registration say that. All around very dissatisfied.

This subway is absolutely horrible. Their staff is horrible. They do not help you, if you have an issue and you call they hang up on you. They don’t know how to put a sandwich together or cut one and they’ve messed up orders and thrown them in the bag like whatever not my problem when customers were in the store watching. They need a manager in store because if there is one they apparently don’t know how to keep their employees in line.
