Burger King

Our entire order was wrong, I'm not sure if we got someone else's food or what but what we paid for and what we received is not what we ordered. I'm not sure what was keyed in when we ordered because there is no screen in the drive thru to see the order. Didn't notice until we got home, tried to call the store but there was no answer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I skipped the drive thru (very busy) and went in. Young lady took my order (no other customer at counter) 10 minutes later I'm watching my food get cold on a tray. Staff was joking and seemed interested in the drive thru only. 2 more customers after me then someone who used the app and wanted to change her order. "Staff" seemed to take this as a priority, catering to her. My food...still sitting on a tray...colder, I'm sure. Couldn't take it any longer and asked for my money back. No one asked if they could make it right. I WENT TO THE WENDYS ACROSS THE STREET. I was eating within minutes of leaving your store. ????

Where do I start. Unbelievably rude staff. I watched my friend have his drink cup literally snatched directly out of their hand with a huge huff by the MANAGER. For simply asking for ice because the ice machine was down. Then in retaliation the woman... If you can call it that I don't want to be rude and guess as to its gender but from what I observed it was hard to tell... Retaliated by slamming condiments around and slamming napkins and straws around like that was somehow supposed to be intimidating. It was literally the most childish behavior I've ever seen incredibly rude and we definitely did not have it our way.
