Strawberry Field Pancakes and Cafe

I have been to this restaurant since they opened. The quality of food has gone down horribly. When they first opened they were an amazing local restaurant and the food was great. The last time I went, I waited over 30 minutes for food and found an egg shell in my dish. Please support another local business.

Food came out pretty quick. Ordered bacon and eggs. Got side of toast and hashbrowns. All food was not even warm to the touch and service was not great. Asked for ketchup and never got it. After eating what we wanted to took about 20 minutes to get the servers attention to get Bill. Will not be coming back. Walker brothers is right down the street and has a much better eating experience.

Mike who says he's been there 5 years could not remember a single simple item to save his life. We asked for lemons, he never brought it. Neglected to mention that they were out of a salad until the very last minute. I asked for a small plate for my daughter and he never brought it. We asked for syrup and a side of whipped cream for the waffles and guess what? He never brought it. The fries came out as my wife was already done with her sandwich all cold. He then proceeded to ask my wife is she wanted ketchup? She said "Ranch" I bet you can guess what I am about to say next... He NEVER brought it. We were not the only only ones to have complaints that day I could clearly see many disgruntled and unsatisfied guests. If it was busy I would understand but that's just unprofessional of all the staff. The only one that was working hard was the young busboy. Which was the only one that actually seemed to care. The on the other hand manager clearly doesn't care when confronted with the issues
