I usually don't have an issue with fast food places. But they had so many issues with getting me my correct order. First they messed up how many burgers we ordered and which ones were supposed to be meals or not. Then when we wanted to double check our order before paying the person at the drive thru window kept rolling their eyes and even slapped our car mirror saying, "okay pay". Then when we thought everything we payed and got our bag we double checked again, including what the receipt said. They missed our sauces, chicken tenders, fries, and cheese curds. The manager helped and was nice enough to help get us what we did not receive. I hope they find better workers and I wish the best to the manager of the night.

From the outside, it looks like any other fast food joint. What differentiates this place is the people that work here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Especially Drew, who treats us like family. Something that stood out in particular was when we asked if the frozen custard flavor of the day had any nuts in it. The young lady that was taking our order said it did not, but they would clean out the custard machine anyway to make sure there is no cross contamination. All this without being asked to do so. As a parent who had to spend a recent night in the ER with their sick child from mysterious cross contamination, this gesture meant a lot to us. Cleaning the machine before making our order took a little longer than usual so she gave us extra coupons for more ice cream scoops in the future. A few weeks later, we were in the drive through where she recognized us and asked us if we were the ones with the kid with the nut allergy. We said we were and she told us they would

The fish sandwich is bigger than the McFillett and the fish itself was very flaky. Add some mayo and ketchup you'll enjoy it!
