Straw Market

Decided to finally try breakfast here, but it was a bad experience. I ordered their loaded breakfast, but it ended up being not so loaded. They forgot my toast, the country gravy, potatoes weren't freshly fried, and they got my meat wrong. I ordered sausage and got raw bacon instead (which is exactly why I never order bacon in stuff like this). Doubt I'd be willing to try breakfast here again.

Absolute worst experience EVER. Saturday afternoon, I had mentioned to my daughter that I had never even been inside The Straw Market, so she suggested that we stop there for lunch. Once inside, we saw a sign that stated ‘Lunch Special - chili, breadstick, drink, and a bakery item - $6’. We both decided to order the lunch special. That’s where the crazy started. The kid at the counter didn’t know how to ring in the special. The other kid came out from the kitchen to show him how and questioned what we meant by the $6 lunch special. We showed him the sign. He rung it in and went back to the kitchen. We paid for our meal and within minutes we were told they were out of chili, but they could give us potato soup instead. We agreed to that. We sat for 10-15 minutes but what we could hear them struggling to figure out what bowls to put the soup in. The kid at the register called the owner to ask what bowls to use and was told that the potato soup was for an order that night. We were made awa

They used to be a little convenience store that sold a fair few things but they've become a cafe that has always had amazing food my favorite was the BLT with cheese OMG♥️♥️
