Jimmy John's

I travel a lot and this has been my worst experience with Jimmy John’s out of at least 40 locations. I ordered a pickup and they forgot my bacon and half my sandwich was just pure lettuce, I had to scoop a whole handful out just to have regular levels of lettuce. It wasn’t even busy I got there and they were just all chillin, and I ordered it at least 5 minutes in advance. Was so stoked to have a JJ’s close to my house but after that I rather just drive to 12th street.

Wow, Fantastic sandwiches. Stopped in new location, with drive through. Greeted with a friendly employee that took my order. Freaky Fast. Very fresh. Had the giant Beach Club and regular Turkey Tom. Me and my mom called and asked if we were close enough to get out good delivered and they said yes. I used to work at jimmy johns and there’s a lot of stuff I can’t eat there I asked them to make me my sandwich. When I got it it had nothing but oil vinegar and lettuce and they didn’t give me the chips I wanted they gave me some I couldn’t eat. When we called back and said there was almost nothing on my sandwich and my chips were wrong they said they could either send me another or write my name down so I can get a new one later, I asked if I could get it now and they said yes. About ten minutes later they called back and said they could not bring it because we were not in their delivery range. And refused to give me a new one. I’m just upset Because we asked them if they could deliver or if we should get door dash. They are horrible go to 12th street its definitely better!
