Yesssss so good, friendly staff and tasty food.
I am giving five stars because I don’t want to drop your rating. However, in three years tonight was the worst service I have ever experienced at this location. The young man working was amazing. But the young lady working with him tonight was more concerned with keeping her AirPods in her ears, her phone in her hand and her eyes on her phone than taking care of the customers. The couple in front of me had to repeat their order a few times because she was not paying attention and had an AirPod in her ear and the other one in her hand. She had one gloved hand and one non-gloved hand, her non-gloved hand (fingers) stayed, mostly on her eyelashes that she appeared to be having a problem with. His reply was “yeah the lettuce doesn’t look very good tonight, oh well!” He proceeds to use it on my plate. Then rather than putting the sauce for the gyro plate in a container like they always do, he goes do you want tasiki sauce, I stated yes, he puts a HUGE spoonful all over the meat. At this point I’m just disappointed and I take whatever I’m given. The young girl and young man were beyond rude to me rang up my order incorrectly, had to refund a Falafel salad and recharge me for a side order instead. I asked for a refund receipt and the girl says, no sorry! I have never been treated like this here before and we used to order a lot from here, not any longer. I’m kind of sh
