Sundae Soup- Completely disappointed. I ordered a large turtle sundae with no hot fudge. What I received was a melted sundae- could have used a straw to eat it. Might as well have ordered a shake. The whipped cream topping wasn't even visible and it didn't even have a maraschino cherry on top as pictured on the websites and menu board! Clearly, this was made when I ordered via drive thru and then sat out for the 20 plus minutes I waited in line to get to the window. It might be advisable to train your employees to make such items once the customer is paying. What I received was a disgrace. I cannot imagine any corporate official or regional manager approving of that i was served. McDonald's has higher quality control, variety and lower prices. Customer lost.
I have yet to get good food from this location. I ordered cheese fries and it took them 10 minutes to get them when I was the ONLY person in the drive-thru. When I did finally get my fries, they were cold... even with cheese sauce on them. This has happened a lot at this location, extremely long wait times for mediocre food. I went once at 2 in the afternoon, ordered a number 1 and it took 20 minutes, also only 2 people in the drive-thru. The high school employee working told me she left school early to get there, and she was the only one there and that's why it took so long for my order. Not sure if it's a management issue or they just don't care, but it's not very good.
Great hamburgers and Sundaes! They still have a problem with the drive thru hard to hear what is said by the person working the drive-thru. But any foid i have tried has been delicious and the staff are extremely friendly and quick to help.
