The burger is good, which is a rare find for me these days. That being said, my shake was trash. Didn't taste like what I asked for and can't even get the straw to the bottom because it's hitting a frozen mass. This might be the lowest review I've ever given a restaurant. Used to love this place. Its turned into a joke. So three times in a row with meal delivery, they've forgotten half of the combos we've ordered. Usually the fries. This last time I asked the delivery driver to verbally verify the fries were present. She was told they definitely were. Surprise - they weren't. And don't try to call the store directly - they'll ignore the calls. Don't try to call corporate either - they have two menu options to report 'customer experiences' and both direct to a line that is no longer in service. I won't be eating here anymore. 3 instances of missing items and no way to contact the company to be compensated is just ridiculous.

While the food was enjoyable, the condition of the building was much like one that's been abandoned. In fact, you wouldn't be mistaken for thinking it is just by looking from the outside. The parking lot is all broken up with very few visible stall lines and the landscaping is all grown over and dead. I had to walk up to the building and try to open the door to verify that they were, in fact, open. The inside was arguably much worse. Many of the surfaces were sticky and unclean. After doing some quick cleaning of my own with a Clorox wipe, I was surprised with black residue left on the wipe. The windows were some of the dirtiest windows I've ever seen. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like given the condition of the dining room.
