I really didn’t want to post this because I ❤️ Chick-fil-A, but this was a let down. However the front end manager professionally corrected this mistake. Not sure why your kitchen staff is sending out cold food but kudos to the manager upfront for remaining professional about the matter.
Had a wonderful time at Chick-fil-A. The staff was friendly and quick. The food was very good. The Spicy Chicken sandwich was good and the waffle fries were great. Amazing Lemonade. Great Food Great Atmosphere and Great memories. Thank you so much. Looking forward to my next visit. Kid-friendliness: They had good options for my little sister.
