So wasn’t aware of the new serve yourself style at this restaurant, that wasn’t really bad BUT I can’t believe they had run out of catsup, how does that even happen?!? But I felt for the employees, our cashier was very friendly and helpful. Shame on the management.
Went there for my lunch break, ordered a #2, which is just a single patty burger, fries & a drink. I asked for honey mustard & the girl at the window had to get a manager over there, for some reason, just to tell me they no longer had honey mustard or ranch. I'm ok with that, but he was kind of rude as he was telling me this & practically shoving my food in my face. After eating the burger, I immediately felt nauseous. It was so greasy & was COLD. The cheese wasn't even melted. I was very disappointed. I will not be going back there anytime soon.
I have always loved Steak 'N Shake. I have started ordering for delivery at work. The last month I have ordered once a week. Each week I've noticed the meat taste like Rubber. Even today's order. I have (sad to say) removed the restaurant from even popping up to show me they can be delivered. Completely nasty since COVID slowed down for them to open back up.
