I go here every 2 weeks, get the shrimp tacos and street corn. I love shrimp but find most places overcook it. Not at Paco's Taco's! The shrimp, along with the toppings and street corn, is perfect everytime. The staff is super sweet and make it a great experience everytime I'm in.
Traveling through Knoxville and staying overnight. Checked out reviews for Pacos. Paco's did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. There is a salsa bar with great homemade salsas. We all ordered street tacos with homemade corn tortillas. We all thought they were great. Carnitas meat was moist. Pastor was flavorful. We also ordered chips and Guacamole. Also great. We would definitely eat here again. We wondered why there wasn't a line outside the door.
These were some of the best tacos I've had!! The sauces are yummy as well! Will definitely return if I make my way back to Knoxville!
