Steak 'n Shake

Fast and friendly service. It had been about 15 years, since I was there last. It has been slightly updated inside, more modernized. Ordered food for my son via the app nd it was ready when I got there - food still hot & shake was still freezing!; definitely an improvement from the last time, like 3 years ago. I will be back! Becka, the larger female employee with red hair and glasses is the first person to ever deny service to me. Her initial mistake began with overcharging me for fries that she did not include on the order. Then, I was subsequently shackled to paying a higher price than listed because of her mistake which she refused to correct. I then pulled around to the drive-thru a second time to attempt to pay a fair price for my order and was told that I was basically a nuisance and that they would not serve me. Becka easily provided horrible customer service and I will not be bringing my business here again.

The person that took my order was very efficient. My food was delicious and the fries were hot. I did not get a milkshake, but they have many different kinds and have always been great when I have gotten them. I enjoyed going through the drive thru and the cheeseburger and fries that I got. It didn't even take that long! When I exited I saw that the had picnic tables outside for you to enjoy! How awesome is that! Thoroughly enjoyed this visit! Parking: Big parking lot! It has handicap parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: They have hats for kids.
