McDonald's

It was disgusting. I literally found a hair in my dam sandwich I paid 8 dollars for. Not to mention the rudeness of the service. The night shift manager was cussing up a storm and the lady at the window was super disrespectful forgetting items on my order then getting smart when I politely asked for those missing items

Worst McDonald’s. The lady at the drive thru is rude as can be and when you ask for something she says we don’t have that and yet they advertise it on their windows. She then told us to hold for ten minutes and then proceeded to tell us just because we advertise it doesn’t mean we sell it…. Now how the hell does that make since? Very poor management and customer service at this location!

Store was pretty busy when we visited. There were a lot of people working, so they didn't seem to be short staffed. Lady taking our order not exactly a people person, not overtly rude, but not great. Food took a really long time. The guy that ordered ahead of us left without his food because of the wait. We were not in a hurry, but I have never waited that long for McDonalds. Store was super clean though. Backup may have been caused by the transition from breakfast to lunch. Food was ok, burger was super salty but edible, glad my daughter got nuggets, because she would not have been happy with a burger.
