I waited 25 min for my to go order ( a burger and fries ). There is no problem in things going wrong. However apologizing and acknowledging the client and saying here is a coupon/ or something is what makes me want to come back. I was given the burger after letting them know I had not gotten the burger 2 times. Not coming back.
Not a 4 star restaurant obviously but for fast food there no other option the rest are just too gross and expensive. Clean, the fries are cooked and thin griddled patties are the new old trend coming back anyway . The price is good for what you get
I decided to take my kids to steak and shake yesterday. What a disappointment. Steak and shake is no longer a family friendly restaurant. You have to order from a kiosk that is extremely limited. Cannot customize your order. The order was taking long. My son asked for a cup. To get water. The lady charged ten $2.49 for a 10 ounce Styrofoam cup. I have the receipt to prove it. At this rate. This location should just shut down. I do not recommend anyone to visit. This location. At all. Does steak and shake location is on? Sunrise Blvd. In sunrise, FL. Close to Sawgrass Mills.
