Steak 'n Shake

Fries were cold and before I got half way done with my burger..the bun was soaked thru with grease. Had the deluxe chili and it was barely warm. Wish I didn't add the tip at the end of the kiosk order.. actually wish I didn't stop here at all..the best thing I had was the root beer

Sweet tea is always gross and never changed or not made at all. Only 1 shaker of the fry seasoning to share with the whole restaurant so have to use it at the counter. Super small styrofoam cups thats for children so you cant drink much. Also no more chicken tenders on the menu. This place has went downhill so fast!!!

Kim, is who took our order and she was great. She listened, asked questions for confirmation and repeated our order back to us. She was so good with the drive thru, she was taking an order while walking back into the restaurant after giving someone their food outside in one of the pick up parking spaces. She said she used to be a manager. Well, she should still be a manager.
