Friday 8-19-2022 was tired stop thought I’d go in set down and relax and eat some fish. But not today. Doors locked sign said due to lack of help lobby’s closed. Went somewhere else to eat. Captain ds should just close permanently far as I’m concerned. How you going to run a business with the doors locked. Anyway there loss I went somewhere else to eat.
I can't express enough how slow and bad the service is at this location. This is the second time in a month that I have sat for over 10 minutes at the speaker box. Never the 1st response to my "hello's". Finally drove off. I understand labor issues but if you don't have enough people to operate properly stay close
3 separate visits to this store have left me red with anger. Slow, improperly trained staff, managers who allow workers to be rude to customers and did I mention slow?
