Steak 'n Shake

I love that they reopened S n S!! The food here was prepared as ordered, but had to wait 14 mins from time of order to when received. AND they forgot pickles that were ordered on side. That is what cost a star. .. The upsides usually outweigh the bad here.. employees friendly and efficient!! Edit: did not have to wait long, the cook handed out hot delicious food. And pickles were in bag as ordered!!

Unprofessional angry disgruntled staff work here. They randomly close and open in middle of the day. When they are out of things or if the shake machine is down, they don't tell you until you ask. They are rude. They come outside to fight if you ask why this are unavailable. Don't go here. It's dangerous. The staff is horrible and will ruin your experience. Colerain location is better.

Love the cotton candy shake ???????????????????? BUT when I pulled up to the window the guy said they was only taking online orders at the time. I said no problem and I parked and made on line order while I watched others place complete orders at the window?????? When I completed my order and went to the window it was a chic and she was confused about me asking if they were taking window orders now ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? that dude needs to be fired!!! Wasted my time and my shake was wimpy as hell
