They just put the double drive thru lane in, cool. But it seems to be making the drive thru worse. Omygosh!!! My car decided to stall right at the drive thru today! 2 young men from the inside were sent to immediately push my car out of the drive way. They immediately handed me my food once parked. I said I haven’t paid yet and took my money out to pay and I was told not to worry about it. I sat for about 5 minutes and my car started thank goodness! Tomorrow I take my car in to be checked but I’am thankful for the help and kindness that was given and the meal they gave me on the house. You guys are always great nationwide and I always hear stories but today I finally had my experience that speaks to the goodness of the company and the people you hire! Again thank you so much! Your service to the community is appreciated!!!!

It was busy, which is kind of expected at Chick-fil-A in general, but I had ordered Kale Crunch Salads and chicken nuggets with sauces. Get to the drive through window and they tell me everything is in the bags when I ask. Check at the stop sign, no sauces or any of the add on. Their parking lot is too chaotic to be able to park and walk in, and their drive thru line is a hot mess. Not the first time this has happened, but it is they first time they failed to add so many of the things (5 items total) I ordered.
