Steak 'n Shake

This place has truly just gone downhill, the food was not good aside from their classic fries and they completely did away with chicken. I had a hotdog that would have been better making one and eating it at home. Sanitation rating of 93 as well. Will not ever be coming here again.

Normally You don’t expect great customer service at places that are severely understaffed. Only 3 employees for a whole steak & shake location ? Are you kidding ! I know it’s a pandemic but that’s when you increase employment promotions & benefits. There are tens of people walking in at a time plus doordash orders & drivers. It stresses the customers and probably 10 times the employees since they helplessly deal with hungry > angry >stressed customers like sometimes myself. The employees were so dedicated to what they were cooking and moving so fast,yet it took forever to fulfill my order. I can’t help but imagine how tough that is on their shoulder . 4 star review based on Management needing to hire more staff or give the employees a raise because they deserve it. This Steak&shake location would definitely obtain way higher and better ratings/reviews.

Auhh it's a guilty pleasure what can I say, food isn't healthy but ehhhh so good Delicious burgers, shakes, and fries!! A lot like McDonald's :)
