Closed when you arrive from 1-4 but not according to anything online. Majorly inconvenient.

I promise I am normally not a Karen and never post reviews, but this place is an exception. Awful customer service. I have only ever chosen to go to this location out of convenience as it is close to my apt. but oh my gosh the service is poor. The staff are unapologeticly aloof. They were out of carriers one morning, so I asked politely (after waiting literally over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence at the pick up counter) if they had any alternatives as I had ordered 6 drinks for coworkers. The person simply replied no in a rude snarky way. I get there are shortages, but they have just this purposely unhelpful vibe to them overall as a store. Every other time I have been there they have been unfriendly and seem to avoid helping me regardless of how busy they are. In fact most of the times I’ve gone have been early in the am when they are very slow. All I can say is If you are in the Wayzata area I would avoid this location all together and go for one of the small lo

I see from other reviews that this location likes to turn us nice people who typically aren’t Karen’s into Karen’s. The tall blonde rich girl from Wayzata supposedly “managing” this location is the rudest barista I’ve ever encountered. I was a former Starbucks manager, and barista for 7 years total!!! I would never leave a nasty review unless it was warranted. That girl is unbelievably rude, typical rich b***h from Wayzata, running her store into the ground. She’s like that kinda person who bulllied everyone in hs. Yeah, THAT kinda person, big bully. Disgusting trash. New management is the only thing that will fix this stores issues. Worst coffee shop I’ve ever been too. Girl, you are being “mean” to the wrong people. Smdh.
