Very bad customer service , don’t go in the lobby takes 30 minutes to get a tall drink . The employees are rude when you ask them they give you a smart response( Jessica) . Everyone’s laughing and standing around. Just take the extra mile drive to a different location .
Why can’t Starbucks keep posted business hours. Show up way before closing time and doors locked.
Drinks are fine here and the staff are very friendly. I ordered the usual of coffee and danish and received it fairly quick. The theme at this store is nice. There are a couple murals of Sacramento from the good old days.
