You would think it would be easy to remember to put napkins in the bag when you go through the drive thru. Better yet don't cop an attitude with your customer when they come into the store to ask for napkins. You need to provide more training or get rid of he female employee with arm tattoos. Never even looked at me or was cordial, all she said was "We're not open" as I stood there like if I was the idiot.

Came to this Carl's jr. Like 3 weeks ago 11am. Good customer service. They forgot to make us 2 spicy chicken so I drove back in line for drive thru and they made it for me no questions asked. I did order a lot of burgers that day. And all of them were fresh and hot! One of the best Carl's jr if you go around 11am.

Ordered a jalapeño burger no cheese, got a cheeseburger with no jalapeños lol. You’d think after waiting 10 minutes they’d be able to get an order right when they only have 3 customers.
