Starbucks

I try to avoid this location because each time I go there I have the same experience. I always order a simple hot coffee with cream. In other Starbucks locations the clerk turns around and pour the coffee, especially if there’re no other customers waiting in line. It literally takes 10 seconds. In this location they never do that. They make me wait for 15 minutes until all fancy drinks are made and then I get my cup of coffee. I really don’t mind waiting if I see that all employees are busy. The last time I asked the clerk to do that for me since she was not serving anybody else. She asked (I think) a manager and the manager said “No”. I know this strict policy makes their work easier but some flexibility wouldn’t hurt. Today the place was almost empty and I waited patiently for 15 minutes until two ladies ahead of me left with trays full of those fancy drinks. I love this location always my go to but today I ordered a spinach feta and egg white wrap and not only was it poorly made(wrapped)but it also looked a little uncooked of course I was running late to pick up my kiddos from school and hungry so I just ate it but shorty after finishing I started having horrible stomach pain that I’m 100% sure was the cause of this wrap! I get there’s a lot of orders to be made but next time try cooking them better and making them look nicer(even though it’s probably the last time I order a wrap)
