Large French fry (2) were cold. I ordered sweet and sour sauce (2) all of which I paid for and didn’t receive the sweet and sour sauce again. I get it, it’s only $.50 but it’s happened a few times.
I have them one star just to leave the review…. Worst customer service ever! Rude and lazy!!! If you don’t wanna work or you are not situated with your job, just change it, and leave the position to people that want to work. This place is supposed to be open 24/7 but other than close earlier, they don’t shut the lights down, making you think they are open, and as soon you approach the drive through, they are even rude!!!! Worst location ever!
Says they are open 24 hours. However, every time I go after 11 pm, they always make some kind of excuse. We are only taking cash, we are not open, we are switching systems, we are closed for 30 mins. I’ve tried to add an hours of operations edit on google but google never accepts it. This is ridiculous. If you don’t want to take care of customers 24 hours, just say so.
