I like this location alot. The staff if friendly and always gets orders out in a timely manner, I've never had an issue. Me and my boyfriend usually grab the pink drinks and some food before work, they always got the order ready quick and it always tastes good! I know they are short staffed but they are doing a good job!

I think this location needs to do better. At least the location is changed on the app to Avalon instead of Bellevue. Not sure if their board inside by the bathrooms has changed yet from Bellevue to Avalon. The last 5 or so times I’ve ordered an iced chocolate shaken almond milk espresso, there’s no way there’s chocolate malt powder in it or they’re cutting corners or improperly trained. I had ordered this drink multiple times months ago when they opened and it was fine. Please refer to the photos. The first photos are of a drink I bought yesterday and the last are of the exact same drink at a different location. See how there are specks of chocolate powder everywhere and the color is much darker? My drink yesterday tasted like plain iced coffee and today it actually tastes like chocolate, the flavor difference is immediately noticeable. 7/4/22 Today I went through the drive-thru to get an iced coffee. As I was pulling away with my order my car stopped! Broke down in the drive-thru! I panicked but the staff was so kind! They kept telling me everything would be ok and to breathe. I tried to get the car to start….nothing! Then two young ladies and a gentleman came out and pushed my car out of drive-thru and into a parking spot! Another young lady brought me water and checked on me again to make sure I had calmed down. That is awesome customer service! They went above and beyond! Thank you for your help and kindness! BTW the iced coffee was perfect! ????
