Dunkin'

This is possibly the worst Dunkin location ever. The staff isnt friendly. Sometimes the front door is locked. They are always running around with a panicked look on their faces. And so often they dont have much on the menu. Today when I went in they only had one kind of donut. I dont blame the workers there, what it comes down to is the management team at this store and the franchisee. They have no clue how to manage these stores in Pittsburgh. There are so many better places for breakfast in this area. Done going here.

My boyfriend stops here almost every morning for me and they call us by name, know our orders, and are very kind. It's a nice, big area that you can even stop and work here, but enjoy the peace and quiet. I recommend 10/10. The drive through is great too! I enjoy all of the options they provide in this place of business. If you forget anything and pick it up at the pickup station, they will kindly fix it for you without a complaint or anything. CON: It's kind of scary pulling in and out of this establishment, but if you know how to actually drive, it shouldn't be a problem at all. Parking: There aren't many spots to park in and it's right off of 65 so you're risking your life trying to get in and out of the place. But a good thing is, if you try your coffee and it's not up to par like not enough sugar or Creamer, they will fix it immediately!!

I like Dunkin. But this location is terrible. Tried it at least 5 times since I've moved to the area. The drinks are consistently bad. Service and staff are slow and inattentive. I give up. Sticking with Anchor and Anvil up in Ben Avon and Starbucks just down the road.
