Starbucks

The staff taking my order acted as if I was interrupting her with trying to purchase a drink. I understand that supply shortages and staffing seem to be prevalent issues in the service industry, but this does not justify making customers feel as if they are a burden to the business! This is not the first time I have encountered rude and uninvolved team members at this location! I don’t recommend this location it’s worth the detour to go elsewhere!

Drive thru is still slow but they opened up recently. In a hurry? Still quicker than Dunkin that is in Champions Gate.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and every time I come here (I would say probably 5 out of 10 times) my coffee is done wrong. When I requested to redo it (it’s been multiple times) some of the employees that work there give me an attitude or feel like I don’t have a right to ask them to do it again. It is their responsibility for the customer to be satisfied especially if I’m paying for it. They need to be a little bit more patient.
