Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

What can I say? Pasta heaven!! The Chicken Alfredo is to die for.. And the breadsticks are so so good. Service is always great, though I'd recommend making a reservation if you go on a friday night or at the weekend.

Food was amazing, hot and fresh, and the hostesses were super kind. Unfortunately, our server was not very attentive to our specific table. We watched as she asked the other tables if they wanted refills 3 or 4 times before we had to stop her to ask for some as well. We waited with empty plates and cups while she was talking and laughing in the back. We had to ask for everything at our table, including the check. It took so long for us to find and call her every time that we only had one additional bowl of never ending pasta and 1 drink refill. We weren’t even offered a to-go box or mints so we walked out with breadsticks wrapped in a greasy napkin. When we did get to stop and ask her for something, we got an ugly look and a sigh like we were an inconvenience. We were very kind about it but it was a very sad dinner.

Great experience! I brought my staff of 20 for dinner during a conference we were attending at a local resort. The restaurant had no problem accommodating a group this large, thanks to preplanning on my part. Ariel and Alex took care of us. Their service and attentiveness was stellar! We were in and out in about 1.5 hours, which is phenomenal with such a large group, so kudos to the kitchen as well for keeping up with our group in addition to all the other guests that arrived during our meal. All of our food was hot, exactly what we ordered and how we ordered it. We never had to ask for refills of drinks, bread, soup or salad. The manager, Jen, was great as well.
